An experienced electric coil company is able to provide high-value design, engineering, and manufacturing services to its customers with regard to efficient and cost-effective single and three phase isolation transformers. With extensive design and manufacturing capabilities, transformer manufacturers can support the requirements of your company for various requirements, whether they are domestic or foreign in nature.

Single Phase Isolation Transformer
Dry type single phase isolation transformers are able to fill a range of custom requirements, including ferro-resonant/constant-voltage, high reactance, toroid, El, taps where they are needed, special voltage, options involving winding configurations, paper section or bobbin instruction, special brackets, unusual sizes and shapes, and terminations per your installation requirements, all up to 75 kVA.

Three Phase Isolation Transformer
Dry type III phase isolation transformers are able to fulfill a range of custom requirements, including your choice of winding configurations, special voltage requirements, terminations to suit your installations where required, and unusual shapes and sizes, all up to 250kVA.

These three phase transformers are carefully designed to fulfill important characteristics required by the customer which include weight, size, electrical performance, terminations, and price.

Toroidal Transformer
An electromagnetic device that transforms or transfers energy from one electric circuit to another without the modification of its frequency is a toroidal transformer. These transformers have the ability to maximize power with limited size and weight. Due to the transformers ring – a doughnut shape – the windings in the toroidal design are positioned through the course center and wrap around the cross-sectional area of the core; it can also be evenly distributed in relationship to the core which produces a highly efficient design in terms of space. In the 50/60 Hz range, toroidal transformer cores provided by transformer manufacturers are constructed from tape wound silicon iron ore nickel iron alloy. When the application involves high frequency, the materials of choice are various amorphous alloys and powdered iron.

Another advantage offered by these toroidal transformers involves their low weight and compact size. As such, they can be utilized and virtually any power source application, particularly when the space available is not conducive to a more traditional El transformer design.
